The menu for this website is written using javascript to make submenus appear when you hold your mouse cursor over the menu bar. This has not
worked, probably because you have active scripting disabled on your browser. To use the menu bar, either enable active scripting or set your internet
security to medium. Instructions for this are at the bottom of this page. Medium security is Internet Explorer's recommended security level for unknown websites. If you do not want to change
your security level or this does not solve the problem, you can navigate the site using the table below which shows the content of the submenus.
Enabling Active Scripting
To enable active scripting, open Internet Explorer, click on the tools menu and select internet options. Click on the security
tab at the top of the dialog box and select the globe icon labeled internet. Click on the custom level button at the bottom of the
dialog box. This should bring up a second dialog box with a long list of customizable settings. Find the scripting section, (you will probably have to scroll to almost the bottom of the list),
and underneath "Active scripting" (which is in the section "Scripting") select 'Enable'. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the dialog box, you may be asked "are you sure you want
to change the security settings for this zone", if you are, click yes. Finally click on the OK button of the remaining dialog box and return to the
home page.
Setting Internet Security to Medium
To set internet secutiry to medium, open Internet Explorer, click on the tools menu and select internet options. Click on the security
tab at the top of the dialog box and select the globe icon labeled internet. Click on the "Default Level" button at the bottom of the dialog box.
This should bring up a slider to the left of the button set at Medium, if it is not at Medium, set it to Medium. Finally click on the OK button at the
bottom of the dialog box and return to the home page.
