The Fairtrade group promotes the message of Fair trade by increasing people's awareness of fairly traded produce. Fair Trade enables the producers to help themselves by developing skills and sustainable livelihoods, by receiving a fair price for their produce, safe and non-exploitative working conditions, and a development of partnership and co-operation. Fairly Traded goods are sold on the first Sunday of each month between the 9.30 & 11.15 am Masses, and at some additional Parish functions. The Parish is committed to serving Fairly Traded tea and coffee.
